Are you looking to discover one of the most authentic in the Sacred Valley of the Incas?          This one day tour is perfectly combines history, archaeology, Andean landscapes and ancient Inca Trails. Our adventure begins from Ollantaytambo; we will traverse original trails to cross the ancient Inca Bridge, uncover the mysteries of the massive abandoned stones at the Cacchicata Quarries and reach the summit at the magical Inti Punku or "Sun Gate." From up there, you will enjoy a spectacular view of the entire Sacred Valley and snow-capped peaks.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Acclimatise in Cusco or the Sacred Valley for at least 1 or 2 days before the tour.

Wear comfortable trekking shoes or boots.

Don´t forget the sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses.

Bring a light jacket or windbreaker for the mountain summit.

Bring water, some energy snacks and your camera or mobile phone with a fully charged.

Please note that this tour requires a good level of basic physical fitness due to the ascent to 3900 meters(12,800 feet). Departures usually start very early to take advantage of the cool morning weather and make the most of the journey. 

During the rainy season, some sections may be slippery, but with our professional guide accompanying,  you are safe.
